Inhomogeneity detection in the rainfall series for the Mae Klong River Basin, Thailand

Abstract An accurate and complete rainfall record is prerequisite for climate studies. The purpose of this research study was to evaluate the homogeneity series Mae Klong River Basin in Thailand. Monthly data eight stations period 1971–2015 were used. double mass curve analysis used check consistency data, whereas absolute assessed using Pettitt test, standard normal Buishand von Neumann test at a 5% significance level. results these tests qualitatively classified as ‘useful’, ‘doubtful’, ‘suspect’ according null hypothesis.
